Playerworld Registration

To be able to have your server on the Silver tab instead of the Bronze tab you'll have to register.

Registration currently works. What's needed to be made is:
* Removal of server
* Name change
* Reset of max-players
* Server image upload
* List of owned servers

You need to be logged in to register a server.
