That is a file from Waffles. Those are all account names that are part of the Manager guild. To get my tag, I would type: setnick Nalin (Manager)
Since the TYPE=NONICK, any nickname I use can have the Manager guild. With TYPE=NICK, only that nickname you specify can use the guild. In your example, try:
